School Year Coaching

All coaching packages (individual and group) are based on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off concept.
3 weeks of direct coaching / 1 week of indirect coaching

Coaching Weeks: Typically the first 3 weeks of the month where we will do direct face-to-face coaching sessions (zoom or in person).

Off Week: Typically the 4th week of the month. We will not meet for direct coaching this week. Instead this time will be used for rescheduled sessions, school collaboration, parent communication, text/email check ins, admin work, body doubling Zoom sessions, etc.

Optional Body Double Zoom Sessions: Every Sunday evening, 5:00 - 5:50pm there will be an optional zoom session held for any individual or group client. This is time/space for my clients to use as they see fit (homework, studying, chores, family time, etc.) Cameras can be on or off but everyone stays muted the whole time.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is designed to provide the time and space to meet the unique needs of each and every client. This type of coaching is best for new clients as we focus our one on one time to build awareness, navigate challenges and reveal strengths all while identifying strategies and approaches to achieve client goals.

Group Coaching

Small group coaching can be a fantastic way to begin or continue coaching at a fraction of the price and connect with other similarly aged clients. Groups are based on availability.
